Designing Enforceable Arbitration: From Tribunal Formation to Execution

A cross-border dispute is a complex structure. The anatomy of a dispute is a precise dissection of its functional nodes: where the support holds, how the goal is effectively achieved, and at which point the structure experiences maximum tension.

The ICC Russia Conference systematically analyses four such nodes: investment protection, sanctions battles, internal structure of the proceedings, and the choice of enforcement jurisdiction.

The event’s official program runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with lunch from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The event will conclude with a networking session.

The event is held with the sponsorship support of:
