Commercial and investment arbitration are surrounded by myths. Some see them as universal tools of protection; others dismiss them as an unaffordable luxury. In practice, they are neither. They are tools — ones that work in some situations and destroy businesses in others.
Resolut invites you to a closed session where we will examine arbitration as a management decision — with real figures, concrete cases, and an honest conversation about risk.
At the session, you will find answers to the following questions:
— At what point should a company consider arbitration — and when is it already too late? — When is arbitration a mistake, and why? — What alternatives exist? — What does it cost, and how long does it take? — Are there ways to finance arbitration, and how can they be used? — If you win — how do you actually recover the money? — What determines the outcome: typical mistakes at each stage and how to avoid them.
The discussion will include business representatives who have been through arbitration themselves — the conversation will be in the language of business, not law.
