In recent years, there has been a notable increase in efforts to enforce Russian court judgments and arbitral awards abroad. At the same time, Russian parties have encountered a range of challenges that may significantly hinder — and in some cases prevent — their recognition and enforcement in foreign jurisdictions.

On 21 September 2026, we invite you to join a discussion dedicated to this important and evolving area of law. Leading practitioners from various jurisdictions will share their experience, discuss recent developments, and provide insights into the approaches currently taken by foreign courts when considering the recognition and enforcement of Russian judgments and arbitral awards.

The discussion will offer practical perspectives from different jurisdictions, as well as an opportunity to engage directly with the speakers and exchange views on the key challenges facing parties today.

The event will be held in English.
