In recent years, the choice of arbitral institution has become increasingly important, with businesses placing greater emphasis on efficient case administration, procedural effectiveness, and institutional responsiveness to the evolving demands of international commerce.

TIAC continues to strengthen its position as an international arbitral institution with a growing caseload of commercial and investment disputes involving foreign parties. More than a quarter of all cases administered in 2024–2025 involved disputes in which both parties were non-residents of Uzbekistan, including companies from the Russian Federation. Over the past two years, disputes involving a Russian element have consistently accounted for approximately 40% of TIAC's caseload.
