This seminar is dedicated to current issues in challenging jurisdiction in international arbitration, with particular regard to recent enforcement practice of the application of anti-sanctions measures in the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. The speakers will share their practical experience in raising and adjudicating jurisdictional objections on various grounds.
The discussion is expected to cover the tactical approaches employed by the parties, as well as effective procedural strategies for both the parties and arbitral tribunals.
